You will act as the liaison between vendor and customer to ensure timely delivery to site, handling order entry, submittals, returns, and invoicing from an in-office, 20-hour-per-week schedule.

Qualifications

• High School education required; 4 year degree preferred.
• 2+ years experience in a customer-facing project role preferred.
• Experience with SAP and Microsoft Office is required.

Responsibilities

• Perform order entry on large project orders.
• Prepare and revise material submittals for customers.
• Handle returns and credits.
• Provide reporting to customers and suppliers using project software.
• Coordinate item deliveries to ensure on-time performance.
• Execute job lot billing and process invoices for payment.
