Job summary

Graybar is seeking a Customer Project Specialist to collaborate with customers on large, time-sensitive projects and complex orders. You will serve as the liaison between vendor and customer to ensure materials arrive at the project site when and how they are needed.

In this role you will perform order entry, prepare submittals, handle returns and credits, provide reporting, and coordinate deliveries to ensure on-time performance.

Qualifications

• Order entry on large project orders.
• Prepare and revise material submittals for customers.
• Handle returns and credits.
• Provide reporting to customers and suppliers using project software.
• Coordinate item deliveries to ensure on-time performance.
• Execute job lot billing and process invoices for payment.
