Job summary

Ecolab is seeking a Project Manager to drive large-scale programs from turnover through closeout in Plano, TX. You will oversee budgets, schedules, procurement, and cross-functional execution while coordinating with engineering, fabrication, and customers to meet commitments.

The role requires strong leadership, clear communication, and the ability to manage risks and change while adhering to safety and quality standards. Expect travel up to 50% to client sites and offices.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or related technical field with 5+ years of related experience.
• Experience in water treatment or UPW/WWT systems or semiconductor environments preferred.
• PMP certification or formal PM training preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage project budgets, procurement plans, schedules and manpower loading.
• Coordinate with engineering, procurement, fabrication, construction and other departments.
• Communicate status, risks, cost impacts, and customer needs with stakeholders.
• Lead project review meetings and track action items.
• Monitor margins and control variances to protect project performance.
