Job summary

Ecolab is seeking a Process Engineer to lead the development and execution of process engineering for water treatment systems within greenfield industrial projects. The role spans FEL through EPC, ensuring proper design and integration of water and wastewater systems into overall process designs.

You will coordinate with multidisciplinary teams, perform process calculations and simulations, and contribute to commissioning and troubleshooting as needed.

Qualifications

• Degree in Chemical/Process Engineering or related discipline.
• Experience in water treatment within industrial projects (FEED/EPC desirable).
• Familiarity with process documentation (PFDs, P&IDs, reports).
• Experience with process simulations and engineering calculations.

Responsibilities

• Develop process design for water and wastewater systems across FEL, FEED, and EPC.
• Define water requirements and characterize process effluents with teams and clients.
• Evaluate water treatment technologies to meet requirements and optimize reuse.
• Create and validate water balances, process schemes, and configurations.
• Collaborate with mechanical, electrical, civil, and automation teams; support procurement and commissioning.
