Job summary

Woodard & Curran is seeking a senior Professional Engineer to join the Industrial Water Practice as a Project Manager. You will lead and deliver industrial water and wastewater projects across the U.S., coordinating with multi-disciplinary teams and clients.

The role requires strong communication, leadership, and a focus on safety and technical excellence, with potential for remote work and up to 25% travel.

Qualifications

• MS in Engineering or higher preferred.
• 10+ years of professional experience with an engineering consulting firm.
• Demonstrated experience serving industrial clients.
• Strong commitment to safe work practices.
• Industry experience in food & beverage, pharma/chemical, data center, life sciences, or consumer products markets.
• Ability to manage multiple projects with strong PM skills.
• Demonstrated ability to present to stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Lead industrial water and wastewater projects with multi-disciplinary teams.
• Develop delivery approaches with senior leadership for large projects.
• Schedule and track project budgets, milestones, and deliverables.
• Use Woodard & Curran’s Project Management Framework on all projects.
• Provide proactive communication to project teams as work progresses.
• Coordinate with contractors and clients in the field during construction.
