Job summary

Ecolab is seeking an experienced Project Manager to join our Global High Tech team and lead the execution of complex water treatment projects for high-tech industries. You will drive project scope, schedule, budget, and quality from definition through commissioning, coordinating internal and external resources with a focus on customer satisfaction.

You will build and guide project teams, manage interfaces with vendors and MO teams, and ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and ISO

Qualifications

Mechanical/Civil/Chemical Engineering master’s degree required.
,
5+ years of experience in erection, construction, commissioning and start-up of projects.
Experience managing civil works projects.
Experience reviewing and validating engineering documents (P&ID, PFD, mass balance, piping drawings, isometrics, wiring diagrams, control narratives).
Experience coordinating work groups and resources.
Fluent written and spoken English and French.

Responsibilities

Establish and maintain scope management processes across the project lifecycle, setting quality standards and assessing risks.
Develop and maintain partnerships with third-party resources (vendors, consultants, erection and safety coordinators).
Assign and monitor resources to maximize project deliverables.
Report outcomes and risks to management channels and escalate issues when needed.
Track and monitor project performance against KPIs (time, quality, cost).
Ensure proper handover of information to the MO Team.
