PeopleSolutions, Inc. is seeking an experienced Project Manager to own complex projects from planning through execution. This 12-month contract offers a high-visibility opportunity to drive results in water-treatment or industrial equipment projects.

You will coordinate engineering, operations, vendors, and clients, manage budgets and schedules, and identify risks before they become problems. Potential extension or direct hire may follow.

Qualifications

• Experience managing water-treatment or industrial equipment projects.
• Ability to lead cross-functional teams and coordinate with vendors.
• Strong planning, budgeting, and scheduling skills.

Responsabilités

• Develop and manage project plans, budgets, schedules, and resources
• Lead projects from kickoff through completion
• Coordinate internal teams, contractors, suppliers, and client stakeholders
• Track progress and ensure projects stay on schedule and within budget
• Manage project risks, delays, scope changes, and competing priorities
• Provide regular updates to senior leadership and clients
• Develop and improve project-management processes and documentation
• Lead and coach project teams to ensure successful execution
