Westside Children’s Therapy Inc. is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to lead ABA services in a clinic setting in Illinois. You will mentor RBTs, collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, and ensure high-quality care for children with special needs.

Responsibilities

• Conduct assessments and develop individualized therapy programs.
• Monitor client progress and adjust plans as needed.
• Support RBTs through training, coaching and supervision.
• Complete and submit documentation including evaluations and progress reports.
• Collaborate with other professionals to support comprehensive care.
• Maintain a targeted caseload of 28 therapy hours per week.
