Job summary

Westside Children’s Therapy seeks a licensed or license-eligible BCBA in Illinois for a part-time Project Hope role. You will supervise RBTs, assess clients, and design individualized ABA therapy plans while collaborating with a multidisciplinary team.

Telehealth and hybrid options are available. The position offers premium pay, flexible scheduling (6–20 clinical hours weekly), and opportunities for professional growth within a supportive, mission-driven culture.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree required or license-eligible in Illinois.
• Licensed BCBA preferred; active licensure or licensure eligibility is expected.
• Experience delivering ABA services and supervising RBTs.
• Ability to collaborate with multidisciplinary teams.

Responsibilities

• Conduct assessments and develop individualized ABA therapy programs.
• Monitor client progress and adjust interventions accordingly.
• Provide supervision, coaching, and training to RBTs.
• Complete required documentation and progress reports per guidelines.
• Maintain targeted caseload and collaborate with other professionals.
