Job summary

University of Nebraska Medical Center is seeking a Project/Grants Administration Coordinator to manage Cancer Center administrative activities, committees and grant projects. The role includes financial oversight and coordination across internal funding opportunities and multi-project grants.

The position requires strong administrative experience, two years minimum, and proficiency with Word and Outlook. It is a hybrid on-site/off-site role in Omaha, NE with regular reviews and a full-time

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent preferred.
  • Minimum two years of increasingly responsible administrative support experience, including grants administration and project management.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Word and Outlook.
  • Strong analytical, organizational and communication skills.

Responsibilities

  • Oversight and management of FPBCC administrative activities and research projects as directed by Cancer Center Leadership.
  • Coordinate Cancer Center components, committees and internal funding opportunities.
  • Provide financial oversight of FPBCC supported research projects.

Position Summary

Responsible for the oversight and management of various Fred & Pamela Buffett Cancer Center ( FPBCC ) administrative activities and research projects as directed by Cancer Center Leadership. This includes the coordination and oversight of Cancer Center components, committees, internal funding opportunities, and multi-project grants, including financial oversight of FPBCC supported research projects.
