Qualifications

• Ability to interpret drawings for takeoffs and bidding.

Responsibilities

• Interpret design/drawings for takeoff and workforce for bidding and building construction projects.
• Prepare and distribute documentation such as status reports, punch lists, sketches, and material calculations.
• Provide technical support on materials, delivery dates, and schedules.
• Assist with change orders and estimates with sketches to support estimating.
• Develop data for quantities and material pricing for bids and cost control.
• Maintain records of quantities and materials installed for cost control.
