Job summary

JE Dunn’s Advanced Facilities Group is seeking a Project Engineer 1 to support construction and field execution on major Industrial & Manufacturing, Data Center, and Semiconductor projects. You will assist with safety, QA/QC, estimating, and procurement activities while learning the building process and company practices.

The role emphasizes collaboration with foreman, journeymen, and subcontractors, plus opportunities to grow within a diverse team across the country.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in construction management, engineering or related field.
• Experience with safety and QA/QC planning advisable.
• Willingness to travel and/or relocate may be required.

Responsibilities

• Support construction and field execution responsibilities for projects.
• Assist with punch lists and self-perform work execution.
• Monitor on-site activities: crew size, hours, materials and equipment.
• Assist with procurement logs and shop drawings coordination.
• Prepare project reports: daily/weekly progress, manpower, schedules.
