Job summary

JE Dunn Construction's Advanced Facilities Group in Jacksonville seeks an entry-level team member to support field operations on large Industrial and Data Center projects. You will work closely with project teams, learn safety and quality plans, and assist with daily site activities.

This role emphasizes collaboration, Lean practices, and hands-on learning across estimating, scheduling, procurement, and reporting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in construction management or related field; equivalent experience considered.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Familiarity with Lean processes and construction safety culture.

Responsibilities

• Learn and participate in safety and quality plans and culture on-site.
• Participate in QA/QC planning for assigned tasks.
• Assist with estimating, quantity take-off, and subcontractor proposals.
• Support project team on site with monitoring crew size, materials, and equipment.
• Prepare documentation and attend project meetings; maintain reports.
• Support procurement logs, shop drawings, and deliveries.
