Zusammenfassung

JE Dunn Construction's Advanced Facilities Group is seeking a Field Engineer to support core trade activities on large Industrial & Manufacturing, Data Center, and Semiconductor projects. You’ll be embedded with a crew, assist in self-perform work, and learn company standards for equipment and build relationships across the project team.

Responsibilities include participating in safety plans and weekly work plans, applying Lean practices, and growing knowledge of construction management methods

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree in construction management, engineering or related field (Preferred).
• Participation in a federally required training or apprenticeship program, depending upon location (Preferred).
• In lieu of the above requirements, equivalent relevant experience will be considered.

• Actively participates in all aspects of the project-specific safety plan and culture.
• Lears and actively participates in all aspects of the company’s safety culture by demonstrating commitment to an injury free environment through individual actions and mentoring others.
• Works with tools and executes self-perform work while embedded as part of a crew of craftsmen to complete specific assigned tasks on a project.
• Acquires knowledge about company best practice standards and fundamentals for building and construction techniques through hands on, on-the-job training and regular work assignments.
• Builds relationships and develops communication and interpersonal skills with trades people and project team members such as foreman, journeymen, superintendents, subcontractors, etc.
