You will work with a project team to understand the building process, participate in QA/QC, safety, punch lists, and documentation, and assist in scheduling, procurement, and reporting.

Qualifications

• Ability to perform work accurately and completely, and in a timely manner.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office and construction software.
• Knowledge of Lean process and philosophy.
• Familiarity with means/methods of construction management.

Responsibilities

• Participates in safety and quality plans and culture.
• Supports project QA/QC planning and documentation.
• Assists with estimates, schedules, and daily logs.
• Pre-plans crew activities and daily task plans.
• Coordinates with subcontractors and internal project support.
• Maintains project reporting and progress updates.
