Job summary

JE Dunn Construction, Advanced Facilities Group, seeks a Project Engineer 2 to support routine construction and field execution for large-scale projects. You will participate in safety, QA/QC, estimating, scheduling, and field coordination on data center, industrial, and manufacturing builds.

You’ll work with foremen, subcontractors, and project teams to understand building processes and ensure quality. The role emphasizes learning Lean practices, documenting progress, and supporting procurement

Qualifications

• Clear communication skills and ability to work with project teams.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in construction/engineering.
• Experience in construction management processes and QA/QC planning.

Responsibilities

• Participate in safety and quality plans and culture.
• Assist with estimates, schedules, work plans, and daily logs.
• Support pre-plans, look-ahead schedules, and project administration.
• Collaborate with project team to manage subcontractor scope and costs.
• Prepare and disseminate project documentation and reports.
