Job summary

JE Dunn Construction is seeking an entry-level construction professional to join our Advanced Facilities Group in Orlando. You will participate in safety and quality plans, assist with estimating, procurement, and on-site coordination, and contribute to project reporting and documentation.

You will work with a diverse team, gain exposure to data center and manufacturing projects, and have opportunities to grow your career through Lean practices and collaborative problem solving.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in construction management, engineering or related field, or equivalent relevant experience.
• Entry-level construction experience is required or preferred.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds; willingness to travel or relocate as needed.

Responsibilities

• Participates in safety and quality plans and culture on the project site.
• Assists with QA/QC planning and ensures quality for tasks.
• Learns estimating and change management processes and tools, including quantity take-off and review of subcontractor proposals.
• Works on site with the project team supporting materials, manpower, and equipment tracking.
• Prepares documentation and participates in meetings; disseminates required reports.
• Tracks procurement logs and shop drawings; supports scheduling and deliveries.
