Fres-co System USA, Inc. in Irvine, CA is seeking a Project Engineer to support the project team with administration and management of construction activities. You will assist with CMiC setup, submittal/RFI logs, and documentation workflows on active projects.

Qualifications

• Four-year degree in CM, engineering, architecture or equivalent.
• Proficiency with basic computer tools: Word, Excel, Outlook.
• Understanding of construction admin processes: RFIs, submittals, procurement.
• Clear oral and written communication skills.
• Familiarity with CMiC, PlanGrid and related software tools.

Responsibilities

• Assist Project Manager with cost and logistics for subcontractors.
• Set up CMiC data: submittal logs, RFI logs, and document control.
• Maintain submittal and RFI logs and distribute minutes.
• Coordinate plans and model data in BIM/PlanGrid environments.
• Support safety, QA/QC and closeout documentation efforts.
