Job summary

Fres-co System USA, Inc. in Phoenix, AZ seeks a Project Engineer to assist the project team with administration and management of construction activities.

Responsibilities include setup of CMiC and PlanGrid, logs, coordinating with field teams, attending meetings, and supporting closeout, safety, and BIM coordination. A four-year degree is required along with strong communication and organization skills.

Qualifications

• Four-year degree or equivalent construction experience.
• Proficiency with CMiC, PlanGrid and Plan documentation.
• Familiarity with scheduling, RFIs, submittals and procurement.

Responsibilities

• Assist with job office setup and project documentation.
• Prepare and manage CMiC submittal logs and RFI logs.
• Coordinate PlanGrid for contract documents and BIM coordination.
• Support procurement and material deliveries to site.
• Attend project meetings and document meeting minutes.
• Help manage closeout documents and O&M manuals.
• Support safety training and site orientation as needed.
