Job summary

Fuscoe Engineering, Inc. in Irvine, CA is seeking a Project Manager to support our Irvine office and drive land development projects from entitlements through construction.

You will lead client interfaces, coordinate plan processing at public agencies, and contribute to marketing and business development while managing invoices, proposals, and timecards. PE certification and a strong civil engineering background are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree (B.S.) in Civil Engineering from a four-year college/university.
• Civil engineering design experience of at least 10 years.
• At least 3 years as central design figure and mentor for projects.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct client interface and lead plan processing at public agencies.
• Participate in marketing, business development, and pursuit of new work.
• Handle administrative/finance tasks including invoicing, proposals, change orders, and timecard approvals.
