Qualifications

• Completion of OSHA 30-Hour Safety Course required.
• First Aid and CPR certified.
• Understanding of basic construction administration processes.

Responsibilities

• Assist the project team in construction project administration and management.
• Manage and maintain Material Procurement Log effectively.
• Oversee contract close out process and prepare closeout binders.

Education

Four-year degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture or equivalent
