You will assist with CMiC and PlanGrid setup, maintain Submittal and RFI Logs, help with meeting minutes, and aid in assembling closeout documents under supervision. This entry-level role offers hands-on experience in scheduling, procurement coordination, and cross-functional teamwork on real projects.

Qualifications

• This is an entry-level position designed for undergraduate students and those looking to grow into project management roles.
• Proficiency in basic computer skills (MS Word, Excel, Outlook) and ability to learn new software.
• Understanding of basic scheduling and CMiC applications.
• Effective oral and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist with job office set up.
• Assist the project team with the initial setup of CMiC, e.g. Submittal Log Registry.
• Prepare and maintain Submittal Logs.
• Assist with initial setup of PlanGrid to organize contract documents.
• Assist with managing progress photo documentation via PlanGrid.
• Enter RFIs in CMiC and distribute to project team members.
• Prepare and maintain RFI Logs in CMiC.
• Post RFIs to Contract Documents and maintain as-built accuracy.
• Update Material Procurement Log and assist with procurement expedites.
• Collaborate with PE(s), SPE(s) and APM(s) to assemble closeout documents.
