Job summary

Qualifications

• Legally authorized to work in the US for any employer without sponsorship now or in the future.
• Degree in Construction Management, Concrete Industry Management, Civil Engineering, or related field, or equivalent work/military experience.
• Willing to work at multiple Lithko locations; able to lift 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Actively understand the project scope and schedule with managers and mentors, building plans for safety and quality.
• Develop plans to execute work objectives, track progress, and replan based on feedback and performance.
• Manage the daily safety, quality, and execution of work objectives.
• Learn through hands-on performance with our teams through the daily preparation plan and the project execution process.
• Duties may evolve to include estimating, field engineering (line and grade), forming walls and columns, inspections, loadout, place/finish, slab prep, production tracking, quantity take-offs, and more.
