Job summary

Lithko Contracting is a nationwide leader in concrete construction seeking an entry-level Project Engineer to join our teams across the United States. You will work with managers and mentors to understand project scope, schedule, and the plans for safety and quality to execute work objectives.

Your growth path includes estimating, field engineering, forming walls and columns, inspections, loadout, place/finish, and production tracking as you develop your skills. Drug testing is required.

Qualifications

• Legal authorization to work in the US without sponsorship.
• Completion of a degree in Construction Management, Concrete Industry Management, Civil Engineering, or related field.

Responsibilities

• Actively utilize resources to understand project scope, schedule, safety and quality.
• Develop plans to execute work objectives, track progress and replan as needed.
• Manage daily safety, quality and execution of work objectives.
• Learn through hands-on performance with project teams and daily preparation/execution processes.
• Assist with estimating, field engineering, forming walls/columns, inspections, loadout, and related tasks as skills develop.
