Job summary

Lithko Contracting is seeking an entry-level Project Engineer to learn concrete construction on active job sites. You’ll work under a dedicated manager and mentors, participate in Lithko’s integration program, and have strong chances for promotion within a year.

You will help understand project scope and schedule, support safety and quality, track progress, and assist with tasks such as estimating, field engineering, forming, inspections, and production tracking as your skills grow.

Qualifications

• You must be legally authorized to work in the US for any employer without sponsorship now or in the future.
• You will complete a degree in Construction Management, Concrete Industry Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field before your start date, or have equivalent work or military experience.

Responsibilities

• Actively understand the project scope and schedule and the plans for safety and quality.
• Develop plans to execute work objectives, track progress, and replan based on feedback and performance.
• Manage the daily safety, quality, and execution of work objectives.
• Learn through hands-on performance with our teams through the daily preparation plan and the project execution process.
• Duties may evolve to estimating, field engineering, forming walls/columns, inspections, loadout, place/finish, slab prep, production tracking, quantity take-offs, and more.
