Job summary

Lithko Contracting is seeking an entry-level Project Engineer to join our concrete construction teams. You will work with managers and mentors to understand project scope, schedule, and safety/quality plans, and you will help execute objectives on active sites.

You will gain hands-on experience through the project execution process, with a focus on learning and growth. The role may involve field labor, elevations, and compliance with safety standards while supporting multiple Lithko locations

Qualifications

• Must be legally authorized to work in the US for any employer without sponsorship now or in the future.
• You will complete a degree in Construction Management, Concrete Industry Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field before your start date, or have equivalent work or military experience.

Responsibilities

• Actively utilize resources to understand project scope, schedule, safety and quality plans.
• Develop plans to execute work objectives, track progress, and replan based on feedback.
• Manage daily safety, quality, and execution of work objectives.
• Learn through hands-on performance with our teams and project execution process.
• You may perform duties such as estimating, field engineering, forming, inspections, loadout, place/finish, slab prep, quantity take-offs, and more.
