Job summary

Lithko Contracting is seeking an entry-level Project Engineer to support site-based construction teams across multiple Lithko projects. You will learn from managers and mentors, helping plan safety, quality, and schedule, and participate in daily field execution.

The role offers hands-on experience in estimating, field engineering, forming walls and columns, inspections, and production tracking, with opportunities to grow within a nationwide leader in concrete construction.

Qualifications

• You must be legally authorized to work in the US for any employer without sponsorship now or in the future.
• You will complete a degree in Construction Management, Concrete Industry Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field before your start date, or have equivalent work or military experience.

Responsibilities

• Understand project scope, schedule, safety and quality with managers and mentors.
• Develop plans to execute work objectives, track progress and replan as needed.
• Manage daily safety, quality and execution of work objectives.
• Gain hands-on experience through project execution processes and planning activities.
• Duties may evolve to estimating, field engineering, forming, inspections, and more.
