Lithko Contracting seeks an entry-level Project Engineer to join our nationwide concrete construction team. You will work on safety, quality, and project execution across diverse sites, with hands-on training and mentorship from experienced leaders.

Future opportunities include estimating, field engineering, and site work such as forming and inspections, with exposure to multiple Lithko locations. Candidates should be prepared for a dynamic field environment and physical tasks.

Qualifications

• Must be legally authorized to work in the US without sponsorship.
• Degree in Construction Management, Concrete Industry Management, Civil Engineering or related field before start date.

Responsibilities

• Understand project scope and schedule with managers and mentors to guide safety and quality.
• Develop plans to execute work objectives, track progress, and replan based on feedback.
• Manage daily safety, quality, and execution of work objectives.
• Learn through hands-on performance with project teams and the execution process.
• Evolve duties including estimating, field engineering, forming walls/columns, inspections, loadout, and more.
