Lithko Contracting is seeking an entry-level Project Engineer to join our team and build a career with leaders in concrete construction. You will work with managers and mentors to understand project scope, schedule, safety, and quality across diverse facilities nationwide.

You will develop plans to execute work objectives, track progress, and replan based on feedback. Responsibilities may include estimating, field engineering, forming walls and columns, inspections, loadout, place/finish, and

Qualifications

• Legally authorized to work in the US now or in the future.
• Will complete a degree in Construction Management, Concrete Industry Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field before start date.
• Equivalent work or military experience acceptable.

Responsibilities

• Understand project scope, schedule, safety, and quality plans with managers and mentors.
• Develop plans to execute work objectives, track progress, and replan based on feedback and performance.
• Manage daily safety, quality, and execution of work objectives.
• Learn through hands-on performance with our teams through the daily preparation plan and project execution process.
• Duties may include estimating, field engineering (line and grade), forming walls/columns, inspections, loadout, place/finish, slab prep, quantity take-offs, and more.
