Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in construction management, engineering or related field or equivalent experience.
• Entry level construction experience is required.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and travel may be required.

Responsibilities

• Learn and participate in safety and quality plans and culture.
• Assist with QA/QC planning for assigned tasks.
• Support estimating and change management, including take-offs.
• On-site support with crew size, hours, materials, and equipment.
• Attend punch lists, inspections, safety reviews, and quality meetings.
• Prepare and organize project documentation and reports.
• Develop and maintain procurement logs and track shop drawings.
• Provide progress updates to support scheduling and project close-out tasks.
