JE Dunn Construction is seeking a Field Engineer within our Advanced Facilities Group to join a core trade family on high‑profile Industrial & Manufacturing, Data Center, and Semiconductor projects. You will work on-site with a crew, contributing to safety, quality, and schedule adherence.

Ideal candidates have 0–2 years in construction, a degree in CM/engineering or related field (preferred), and a willingness to learn Lean methods.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent construction experience.
• 0–2 years construction experience preferred.
• Participation in federally required training or apprenticeship preferred depending on location.

• Learns and participates in the safety culture with an injury-free mindset.
• Works with tools and performs self‑perform work with a crew.
• Gains knowledge of best practice standards and construction fundamentals.

• Learns company standards for equipment and building processes.
• Collaborates with others and demonstrates teamwork.
• Learns Lean practices in daily activities.
• Participates in weekly work plan meetings.
