Job summary

JE Dunn Construction Company is seeking a Project Engineer for our Advanced Facilities Group to support on-site project execution across various locations. You will participate in safety, quality, and QA/QC planning while assisting with estimates, procurement, scheduling, and documentation.

The role emphasizes collaboration with the project team, learning lean construction practices, and developing a broad understanding of trades and sequencing on industrial and data center projects.

Qualifications

Ability to perform work accurately and completely, in a timely manner.
Knowledge of Lean process and philosophy.
Familiarity with means and methods of construction management.

Responsibilities

Participates in safety and quality plans and mentoring others.
Supports QA/QC planning for assigned tasks.
Assists with estimating, change management, and subcontractor proposals.
Works on site with project team to monitor resources, materials, and equipment.
Prepares documentation, participates in meetings, and maintains project records.
Creates procurement logs, tracks shop drawings and deliveries.
Provides progress updates to support scheduling and project closeout.
