You will work with Project Managers, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure safety, schedule adherence, quality, and financial performance while contributing to business development and leadership within the area office.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a construction related discipline, business administration, or engineering.
• Extensive progressive experience in construction management, scheduling, and field personnel leadership.
• Strong understanding of safety requirements and contract administration.

Responsibilities

• Manage the operations and successful execution of multiple projects.
• Ensure safety policies and procedures are followed across sites.
• Provide leadership to project teams, subcontractors and suppliers.
• Monitor costs, schedules and quality of work, reporting monthly results.
• Support business development and area office leadership.
