Job summary

Flintco is seeking a Project Director to oversee the Concrete Division. You will ensure safe, efficient operations, and align with company policies while collaborating with project managers, subcontractors, and suppliers to deliver projects on schedule and within budget.

You will lead planning, staffing, and performance reviews, report to senior leadership, and drive continuous improvement across the business unit. A Bachelor’s degree in a construction-related field is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in construction-related field or related discipline.
• Extensive experience in construction management and scheduling.
• Ability to lead large teams and manage multiple projects.

Responsibilities

• Monitor safety, cost, schedules, and quality on projects.
• Assist in preconstruction staffing and resource planning.
• Lead office leadership team and strategic direction.
• Visit jobsites monthly and report status.
• Coordinate with VP and Division President on project status.
