Job summary

JE Dunn Construction is seeking a Project Director to provide overall direction and leadership for a major work program across all project phases. You will drive strategy, safety, and risk management while maintaining strong client and stakeholder relationships.

The role requires extensive construction management leadership, proven ability to deliver complex programs, and active engagement with subcontractors and internal teams to meet financial targets.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in construction management, engineering or related field.
• 15+ years construction management experience (Preferred).
• 5+ years people management experience (Required).
• Demonstrated success in leading multiple large or complex projects.

Responsibilities

• Provides direction and leadership for the assigned project across all phases of the lifecycle.
• Leads safety culture and investigates incidents to prevent recurrence.
• Builds client relationships and manages subcontractor partnerships.
• Oversees project scope, schedule, and budget to meet contractual targets.
