Job summary

JE Dunn Construction is seeking a Project Manager 2 to provide leadership on moderately complex projects within the Advanced Facilities Group. You will drive safety culture, manage budgets and schedules, and coordinate with subcontractors, design teams and clients to deliver high‑impact facilities across the country.

Responsibilities include preconstruction support, risk analysis, and close coordination with project leaders to ensure on‑time, on-budget delivery while maintaining JE Dunn’s

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in construction management, engineering or related field.
• 7+ years construction management experience.
• Valid driver’s license required.
• Willingness to travel and work non-traditional hours.

Responsibilities

• Lead all aspects of moderately complex construction projects.
• Manage project safety culture and ensure injury-free environment.
• Coordinate preconstruction activities including cost estimates and schedule development.
• Prepare and manage subcontractor contracts, change orders, and submittals.
• Develop and update detailed project schedules and budgets.
• Communicate project status to stakeholders and drive continuous improvement.
