Responsibilities

• Provides direction and leadership for the assigned project across all phases of the lifecycle.
• Leads safety culture and ensures injury-free environment.
• Supports strategy development and company-wide initiatives within the work program.
• Provides strategic direction to team members aligned with broader plans.
• Maintains long-term client relationships and identifies new business opportunities.
• Manages risk, change orders, contingencies and fee adjustments.
• Develops subcontractor strategy and selects qualified partners.
• Leads preconstruction discussions and develops contractual obligations.
• Oversees project and schedule reviews and ensures contractual obligations are met.
• Manages staffing and resources to meet commitments.
• Engages with community and industry to promote company interests.
• Supports diversity and inclusion initiatives.
