Job summary

JE Dunn Construction is seeking a Project Manager 2 for Advanced Facilities in US-CA to lead moderately complex projects within our Advanced Facilities Group. You will direct safety culture, manage preconstruction activities, and coordinate with subcontractors, owners, and design teams to ensure project success.

The role emphasizes risk management, cost control, and adherence to schedule while applying Lean methods and ensuring quality across all project phases.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in construction management, engineering or related field.
• 7+ years of construction management experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead all aspects of safety culture and mentor staff.
• Manage prestart checklist, submittal schedule, and buyout plan.
• Coordinate with stakeholders including subcontractors, owner, design team and vendors.
• Prepare and manage project schedule and budget, ensuring Lean principles are applied.
• Lead monthly project reviews and ensure timely pay applications and closeout processes.
