Job summary

Stantec Consulting International Ltd. is hiring a Project Management & Commercial Lead (PMCL) to drive best-in-class project delivery and strengthen the PM community across the PM Team.

The role reports to the Senior PMCL and provides coaching, monitors performance, and supports risk, quality, and commercial metrics. The PMCL works with BC leadership, oversees PIRs, and ensures consistency with Stantec’s PM Framework while guiding project managers and staff through planning, execution, and

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree with minimum of 8 years of relevant experience or equivalent experience.
• Strong project management skills, with experience in pursuing through closeout.
• Ability to identify distress in a project and guide corrective actions.

Responsibilities

• Support HSSE practices and health/safety of personnel and public.
• Collaborate with leadership to assign projects and PIR coverage.
• Lead project management reviews and ensure PM framework adherence.
• Oversee project managers and provide performance feedback.
• Contribute to risk management, budgeting, scheduling and commercial evaluation.
