Job summary

Stantec Consulting International Ltd. is seeking a Project Management & Commercial Lead (PMCL) to drive consistent, best‑in‑class delivery across the PM team.

Reporting to the Senior PMCL, the role provides coaching, strengthens commercial and project management capabilities, and monitors performance, including commercial, quality, and risk metrics. PMCLs support the Business Operating Unit through reviews and guidance, with authority to ensure consistent application of project delivery

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or equivalent with at least 8 years of relevant experience.
• Strong project management, planning, and execution from pursuit through closeout.
• Strong verbal and written communication and ability to collaborate with diverse stakeholders.
• Understanding of financial methodologies, contracts and commercial agreements.

Responsibilities

• Support PMs with HSSE practices and safety guidelines.
• Lead and train project managers and controls staff on IPS and Oracle dashboards, and change management.
• Serve as PIR and monitor project performance including budget, schedule, risk, and quality.
• Develop and review proposal pricing; support bids and account management.
• Coordinate with leadership to implement corrective actions and improve project execution.
