Job summary

Terracon in California seeks a proactive project delivery support professional to manage document control, coordinate project paperwork, and keep TerraNet and CRM systems current. You will partner with finance and project teams to monitor budgets, milestones, and client communications.

This role emphasizes accurate document handling, timely reporting, and collaboration across offices to ensure client satisfaction and compliant project execution.

Qualifications

• High school diploma and a minimum of 4 years’ related experience.
• Associate or bachelor’s degree in related field preferred.
• Experience with gINT Geotechnical software and AutoCAD LT preferred (if applicable).

Responsibilities

• Provide document control for projects per established processes to ensure adherence to quality standards and project requirements.
• Coordinate document processes and systems to support control and availability of project and client documentation to local office/operations.
• Draft communications and updates to TerraNet and CRM.
• Support management of project Work in Progress, invoicing and AR.
• Schedule utility locating services and client communications regarding status and delivery.
