First Atlantic Restoration is seeking a Project Coordinator in the Richmond, VA area who is organized, reliable and customer‑facing. The role requires 1–3 years of project coordination or admin experience and a high school diploma or equivalent.

Responsibilities include using job management software to document budgets and schedules, assisting the Project Manager through all project phases, and maintaining clear, timely communication with clients and stakeholders. Equal opportunity employer.

Responsibilities

• Maintain project documentation including budgets, schedules, and work orders using job management software.
• Assist the Project Manager with all phases of assigned projects: initial contact, assessment, mitigation, and contract signing.
• Coordinate ongoing communication with clients, adjusters, program monitors, and other stakeholders.
• Prepare accurate scopes and estimates; support budgeting and scheduling; manage invoicing and collections.
• Ensure quality control and customer satisfaction; track timecards and assets.
