Responsibilities

• Assist the Project Manager across all project phases including initial contact and assessment.
• Coordinate mitigation services, contract signing, and ongoing client communications.
• Prepare accurate scopes, estimates, and budgeting; manage scheduling and invoicing.
• Ensure quality control and customer satisfaction; track assets and update files.
