Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Proven restoration or construction experience preferred.
• Proficient with MS Office.
• Bilingual English/Spanish preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate calls to communicate project schedules and inquiries.
• Assist with vendor setup and documentation.
• Answer calls and direct inquiries to staff as needed.
• Generate work and change orders; coordinate dispatch of crews.
• Maintain daily crew schedules and assist in planning.
• Prepare paperwork for asbestos projects where applicable.
• Update invoicing and ensure timely payment requests.
• Organize meetings (safety, production, office) as per policy.
• Collaborate with Call Center for new job information.
• Create and maintain job files with reports and documents.
• Serve as liaison to corporate for new forms and policies.
