Jobot is seeking a dynamic and dedicated Project Coordinator to join our Residential Construction team in South Florida. This role will oversee all stages of residential projects, from initial planning and foundation work to final touches, demanding sharp attention to detail and exceptional organizational skills to keep on schedule and within budget.

Ideal candidates will have 2+ years in project coordination, cost estimation experience, a Bachelor’s in Construction Management or Civil

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in a project coordination role in the construction industry, preferably in residential construction.
  • Proven experience in cost estimation in the construction sector.
  • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
  • Exceptional organizational and multitasking skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to liaise effectively with a diverse range of stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in project management software and tools.
  • In-depth understanding of construction processes, materials, equipment, and safety protocols.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines without compromising on quality.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think strategically and make sound decisions.
  • Certification in Project Management (PMP) or a related field would be an added advantage.

  • Facilitate communication between all project stakeholders, ensuring that all parties are well-informed and aligned on project objectives and progress.
  • Identify potential project risks and develop and implement mitigation strategies.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant safety and building codes and regulations.
