Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience as a Superintendent or in a similar role in construction.
• Proven experience in residential construction project management.
• Strong knowledge of planning, scheduling, and safety management.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage all aspects of residential construction projects from start to finish.
• Develop and implement project work plans and ensure adherence to these plans.
• Coordinate and supervise the work of all construction team members including subcontractors, architects, engineers, and laborers.
• Ensure all construction activities comply with safety regulations and standards.
• Manage project schedules and budgets to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.
• Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress and quality of workmanship.
• Address and resolve issues that arise during construction.
• Communicate progress and changes to clients, team members, and stakeholders.
• Maintain detailed records of all construction activities.

Job Details

We are seeking a dynamic, experienced, and hands-on Permanent Superintendent - Residential for our Construction team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of our residential construction projects, including planning, coordinating, and supervising all construction activities. This position offers an exciting opportunity to work on a variety of projects and play a crucial role in ensuring that our construction projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of quality and safety.

Responsibilities:

1. Oversee and manage all aspects of residential construction projects from start to finish.
2. Develop and implement project work plans and ensure adherence to these plans.
3. Coordinate and supervise the work of all construction team members including subcontractors, architects, engineers, and laborers.
4. Ensure all construction activities comply with safety regulations and standards.

Qualifications:

2. Proven experience in residential construction project management.
3. Strong knowledge of construction planning, scheduling, and safety management.
4. Excellent leadership and team management skills.
5. Exceptional problem-solving abilities and strong attention to detail.
6. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
7. Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
8. Proficient in using construction management software and tools.
9. A degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field is preferred.
10. Certifications in safety management and other relevant areas will be an added advantage.
