Jobot is seeking a dynamic Superintendent/Construction Manager for on-site leadership in Palm Beach Gardens, FL. You will oversee all stages of the construction lifecycle, ensuring safety, quality, and schedule adherence across luxury home projects.

The role requires at least 5 years in construction with a strong safety record and a Bachelor's degree in a related field. You will coordinate with architects and subcontractors, drive budgets, and uphold high standards in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years in the construction industry with safety management focus.
• Bachelor's degree in construction management, civil engineering, or related field preferred.
• Proven experience managing all phases of construction projects from conception to completion.
• Strong knowledge of construction procedures, materials and PM principles.
• Exceptional leadership, communication and negotiation skills.
• Proficiency in construction management software.
• In-depth understanding of safety regulations and procedures.
• Excellent problem-solving abilities and keen eye for detail.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Strong commitment to safety, with ability to influence a positive safety culture.
• OSHA training certification or similar is a plus.
