Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of proven working experience in project management in the residential construction industry.
• Bachelor's degree in construction management, architecture, engineering, or a related field.
• Excellent leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and manage a team effectively.
• Strong knowledge of construction processes, means and methods, building products, construction details and relevant rules, regulations, and quality standards.

Responsibilities

10. PMP or equivalent certification would be considered an advantage.
11. Demonstrated ability to make important decisions under pressure.
12. Exceptional negotiation skills, with the ability to resolve issues and address complaints.
13. A strong understanding of safety protocols and regulations in the construction industry.
