Job summary

You will verify asset receipts, expedite shipping, process warehouse flows, track supplier parts, and generate program metrics using BI tools.

Qualifications

• Minimum of Associate’s Degree is required.
• Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
• 1-3 years functional experience is required.
• 5+ years experience may substitute.
• Proficient in MS Excel, Word, Visio, Outlook and Project.
• Basic knowledge of project management methods, tools and techniques.

Responsibilities

• Plan, execute, monitor and control projects to meet deadlines.
• Review deliverables for completeness and quality; keep docs current.
• Maintain project records, prepare status reports and meeting minutes.
• Assist Program Manager in maintaining internal and external relationships.
• Act as liaison between project teams and stakeholders with updates.
• Identify potential risks and elevate to leadership.
• Adhere to ITAR, TINA, FAR, Export Compliance, safety and security rules.
• Engage in continuous process improvement and positive changes.
