Job summary

Elbit America, a leading provider of defense and related systems, seeks a Senior Manager Operations in Fort Worth, TX to oversee multiple programs with P&L responsibility and cross-functional leadership. You will drive on-time delivery, quality, and cost performance while leading teams across manufacturing, engineering, and supply chain.

Responsibilities include strategic planning, risk management, and continuous improvement initiatives to optimize production and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field; 4 years of functional experience may substitute.
• High School diploma or GED is required
• 5+ years of functional experience
• 3-5 years of management experience is required
• Preferred experience: Union environment
• Six Sigma / CORE Process Improvement
• APQP & Lean Manufacturing
• Training prerequisites: ESD, Safety Training, Manager Tool Kit

Responsibilities

• Lead functional teams to meet production schedules and customer requirements.
• Ensure contract compliance and prepare production plans and staffing.
• Drive continuous improvement and cost controls across programs.
• Present program status and risk analysis to senior management.
• Coordinate capacity planning and budget development with Engineering & Operations.
